1. What is Coco Et Loco?

Coco Et Loco is an independent luxury sourcing atelier based in Dubai. We specialise in sourcing high-end and hard-to-find pieces, including Hermès, Goyard, Chanel and other luxury brands. We are not affiliated with most of the brands featured on our platform.

2. Are all pieces authentic?

Yes. We guarantee the authenticity of every piece we sell. If a piece is ever found to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, and installment plans through Tabby. Cash on delivery is not available.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is complimentary across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman). International shipping is a flat AED 150, shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

5. Do you offer personal styling services?

Yes! Our personal styling services include curating bespoke looks tailored to your tastes, events, and daily lifestyle. Explore our membership plans for exclusive access to these services.

6. What is your refund and return policy?

All sales are final. Exceptions apply only in the event of an authenticity issue or if your order is not fulfilled within 30 business days, in which case a full money-back refund will be provided.

7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes between 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed. However, the timeline may vary depending on the specific item you've ordered — especially if it needs to be sourced from a remote location, overseas, or if it is a rare or high-demand piece. Our team always works to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.

8. Can you source rare or hard-to-find items?

Yes, sourcing rare and exclusive items is one of our specialties. Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to find it for you.
