Coco Loco is a luxury personal shopping and sourcing service, not a traditional retail store. Items displayed on the website are subject to availability across brand stores, boutiques, and partner networks and are not guaranteed to be in stock.
2. Sourcing & Fulfillment
Sourcing begins once full payment is received. Due to fast-changing luxury inventories, sourcing and delivery may take up to 30 business days.
If an item cannot be secured within the 30 business days, we may offer alternative options based on the client's needs or a refund, at our discretion.
3. Orders & Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time due to availability, payment issues, sourcing feasibility, destination restrictions, or customer history.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (unless stated otherwise) and may change without notice. Full payment is required to begin sourcing. Pricing or description errors may be corrected at any time.
5. Returns & Refunds
As all items are sourced upon request, all sales are final, unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
Refunds may be considered if an item cannot be fulfilled within 30 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 8-14 business days for the funds to reflect into your bank account.
Once an item has been approved, purchased and delivered with the knowledge of the customer, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

We strive for accurate descriptions and images; however, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier updates. Availability and pricing may change at any time.
