Coco Et Loco is a personal shopping service. All items are specially sourced for each client and are therefore final sale, unless approved under the limited conditions outlined below. 

Once an item has been successfully sourced, approved by the client, and delivered, it falls outside the scope of returns or exchanges. As a personal shopping service, Coco Et Loco is unable to offer returns, exchanges, or further assistance on items that were previously agreed upon and fulfilled as approved.

Exceptions may only be considered in the case of a verified authenticity issue or a confirmed defect, in accordance with the policy outlined.


Sourcing & Fulfillment

Our dedicated team and personal shoppers work diligently to fulfill every order with the highest level of care. Orders are sourced through official brand stores, our buying team, and trusted partners. Availability may change rapidly due to market demand.

Please allow up to 30 business days for sourcing and delivery.

If an order is not fulfilled within 30 business days, we will review the situation and proceed with either a refund or an exchange for another item, depending on availability and the client’s needs.


Authenticity Guarantee

All items are 100% authentic.
If an item is proven inauthentic by the brand’s official after-sales service, a full lifetime refund will be issued via the original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos and order number required.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund, at our discretion.


Refund Processing (If Approved)

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 8–14 business days for the amount to be reflected into your account.
• Applicable service or transfer fees may be deducted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Sale or discounted items
• Personalized or made-to-order pieces
• Used, worn, or altered items


Returns (Exceptionally Approved)

• Return shipping is covered by Coco Et Loco
• Customs duties, taxes, and international fees remain the client’s responsibility.
